
本书针对当前国内后勤保障仿真领域研究的不足,围绕作战后勤保障的职能任务、业务流程和实施标准,将后勤保障仿真纳入作战仿真之中并与之融为一体,全面论述作战后勤保障仿真概念、职能作用、开发方法、关键技术和实用案例,构建了相对完整的作战后勤保障仿真理论体系。同时,按照全要素、全流程仿真的要求,采用先进的、基于服务的仿真框架以及多Agent仿真引擎技术,构建了作战后勤保障仿真系统通用架构,重点考虑模型设计、数据基础、想定管理、态势表现、事后分析、集成实现等核心问题,给出了AUML建模方法、后勤协同筹划过程建模、基于最小动作序列的保障过程建模以及数据集成、想定开发、后勤通用态势显示、高维数据表现、事件跟踪分析、基于JLVC的后勤实战化训练等关键技术的解决方案。
序言 仿真技术是以相似原理、模型理论、系统技术、信息技术以及应用领域有关专业技术为基础,通过建立实际系统的模型,对实际系统进行研究、分析、试验、维护等全生命周期活动的一门多学科综合性技术。仿真技术和理论研究、实验研究共同构成了人类认识世界和改造世界的基本活动及有效手段,且其具有理论研究和实验研究不可替代的独特功能。现代仿真技术自 20 世纪 50 年代从军事领域发端以来,在各类应用需求的牵引及有关学科技术发展的推动下, 形成了以建模技术、建模与仿真支撑技术以及仿真应用技术为核心的较为完善的专业技术体系,正在向数字化、虚拟化、网络化、智能化、集成化、协同化方向发展,广泛地应用于工业、农业、军事、社会、经济、教育、交通、医学、生活服务等众多领域的系统论证、实验分析、辅助决策及人员训练等场景。在国防和军事领域,仿真技术促进了信息技术和军事技术的深度融合,渗透于军队建设的各个方面。加强仿真与建模等国防关键性支撑技术的研究与应用已成为共识。 后勤保障是作战体系和军队建设的关键要素,随着改革的不断深入,后勤保障正在向机构更加精简、力量更加精干、指挥更加高效的方向发展,未来后勤保障与作战融合的趋势将进一步增强,后勤保障体制、保障力量结构、保障技术手段和保障模式方式等都将发生重大变化。这就要求我们必须在军事后勤理论探索、后勤保障体系建设、筹划计划、组织指挥、力量编成、兵力运用、保障模式、训练演练等各方面开展前瞻性的深入研究和“精确”预测,探索其内在机理和运作规律,解决如何合理确定后勤保障规模结构、力量编成,如何科学调度保障资源,如何提高后勤训练的效率效益等急难问题,而仿真无疑是解决上述问题的有效手段之一。随着仿真技术的不断发展和作战后勤理论研究的不断深入,对军事后勤保障体制、保障力量结构、保障模式方式等进行全要素建模和全方位仿真,同时纳入作战仿真之中与之融为一体,并利用真实可信的仿真结果,为未来军队后勤建设和军队作战后勤保障提供科学的决策依据,这既是迫切的需求,也是可行的方法,需要后勤工作者和仿真工作者共同努力。 在此背景下,庞国锋、张磊撰写的《作战后勤保障仿真概论》出版了。该书着眼于破解未来后勤高效指挥和快速精确保障的问题,在吸纳国内外相关成果的基础上,综合运用跨学科理论,对作战后勤保障防真领域进行了开拓性研究,构建了作战后勤一体化仿真理论框架,提出了建设方案,设计了仿真引擎,给出了若干关键技术的解决方法,是对仿真技术在作战后勤保障领域的有益探索。仿真是人类认识世界、改造世界的有效手段,其在作战后勤保障领域的应用也开始起步,我衷心希望从事相关研究的同志在这一领域持续探索、创新,未来能有更多的理论和应用成果面世。
