An Introduction to International Humanitarian Law(Beijing: Tsinghua University Press,2008)的第二章,所以没有必要在本书中重复。

1. Cassese A.International Law.2nd edn.,New York: OUP,2005.

2. Brownlie I.Principles of Public International Law.6th edn.,New York: OUP,2003.

5. Jennings R. and Watts A.(eds.)Oppenheim’s International Law.9th edn.,London: Longman,1992,vol.1.

6. O’Connell D.International Law.2nd edn.,London: Stevens & Sons,1970,2 vols.

7. De Visscher C.Théories et Réalités en Droit International Public.4e edition,Paris: ditions A. Pedone,1970.

8. Brierly J.The Law of Nations.6th edn.,edited by Waldock H.,Clarendon Press: Oxford,1963.

9. William Hall.A Treatise on International Law.8th edn.,edited by Higgins A.,Clarendon Press: Oxford,1924.

(Brownlie I.International Law at the Fiftieth Anniversary of the United Nations. RdC,1995,255:21~22) 。
