前 言
随着经济的快速发展,各种各样的商务交往、商务合作、文化交流日趋频繁,演讲与
口才,多指敢说、能说、会说、巧说,已逐渐成为有效沟通与合作的重要手段。
一个人的成功,不仅取决于知识储备,也取决于表达、沟通等综合能力,即发表自己
的意见和激发他人沟通欲望的能力。语言是一种工具,它使我们的意愿和思想得到交流,
演讲不仅是获取信息的重要途径,也是加强联系的有效手段,出色的演讲口才可使熟识的
人情更浓,使陌生人产生联系,使有分歧的人相互理解。
演讲与口才是一门艺术,也是逐渐被人们重视的新兴课程,这门课程已被越来越多的
本科院校纳入教学计划。随着时代的进步和社会文明的发展,演讲与口才越来越成为现代
人适应社会发展的一项重要能力。演讲与口才训练是许多高校素质教育的必修课程,也是
当代大学生必须掌握的技能。当今社会,一个人的表达、沟通能力,越来越成为考查个人
综合能力的重要标准。
本书作为大学生素质教育的特色教材,以《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要
(2010—2020年)》为指导,坚持科学发展观,严格按照国家教育部关于“加强国民素质教育”
的要求而编写。本书的出版对加强大学生演讲与口才训练,提高就业、创业竞争力具有积
极作用和重要意义。
本书共八章,立足大学生的人生长远规划,以大学生综合素质与能力培养为主线,能
够有力配合国家正在实施的大学生就业、创新创业工程。本书系统介绍了以下内容:演讲
者素质修养、语言发声、态势语言、命题演讲、即兴演讲、社交口才、求职口才,每章后
配有专门的拓展与应用内容,以提高读者的实际应用能力。

王洋:西南交通大学教师、副研究员,性别:男、年龄:39、专业:传媒播音、学历:中国传媒大学硕士研究生,研究领域:传媒播音,讲授《节目主持人概论》、《播音发声学基础》、《非线性编辑》等多门课程。国家级普通话测试员、长期从事语言表达及声音训练课程的教学工作,教学经验丰富、承担电视编导播音主持专业方面的科研和教学任务,先后在哈尔滨人民广播电台、秦皇岛广播电台兼职节目主持工作,获得国家级奖项。研究成果:主编《语言表达技巧与声音训练》、《演讲与口才训练》,参编《广告文案》、《广告学概论》(清华大学出版社),在国家级及省级刊物公开发表多篇论文。
