《高级商务英语口语（第二版）》的内容与时俱进，根据第一版后的国际商务发展进行改编，增加了新的内容，但仍然围绕国际商务的重要方面和重要环节展开。涵盖国际商务交际中的常见语境，让学习者能通过学习、操练，达到利用商务英语口语比较专业地、熟练地进行商务沟通甚至谈判的目的。重要的商务语境包括：国际商务的办公环境，商务礼仪，国际商务文化及其差异，线上线下业务的建立，新型商务的沟通、发函、询盘、发盘、还盘，合同订立，产品的生产、营销、代理与索赔等诸多方面，进行综合性训练。在每单元的最后是“巩固性阅读”材料，供学习者巩固该单元的知识，进行适当的信息拓展，旨在商务学习者通过阅读加强对该部分商务知识的认知。

孔宪遂，硕士，山东财经大学外国语学院教授，应用英语系主任，商务英语团队负责人。 2002年7月毕业于清华大学外语系英语专业外国语言学与应用语言学方向，上海外国语大学英语语言文学专业在读博士。主要研究方向为认知语言学、应用语言学。主持和参与完成各类科研课题10余项，出版译著3部、专著1部，主持和参与编写教材多部。
