1993年至1995年于英国伯明翰大学公共政策学院任高级访问学者。2000年9月至2001年1月于日本庆应大学经济学部任高级访问学者。香港理工大学、上海同济大学、郑州大学、宁波大学和河南大学兼职教授、兼职研究员。
